Met at 6:20AM and took a bus to 3 Gorges
Our very delicious lunch! These little mushroom-look-alike food was actually the bun to place the pork fats in! Yummy!
The project blueprint! The bridge itself is super HUGE. Located just outside the above place. It was like from 1 end to another.
A bird's eye view of the place. The place is huge and and covered in mist. Look at the top left of the picture! Blurred out. Like disappearing or something! super cool right.
Shortly after our dinner, we went to the harbor to wait for our ship! The place was fully packed! Everybody was squeezing and pushing.
The beautifully beautified lobby and the twin-beds room with air-con, television, water cooker and a toilet!
OH, and we discovered the mahjong table room! The mahjong table was super cool! You can press a button, the square looking thing will elevate, and we have to push all the tiles in the opening and a new set will be place nicely for you to start playing!
Reflection; I feel that the bus journey was quite a distance and most of our time were wasted on travelling. However, the food was nice and the scenery was spectacular! What else can I expect? Good things are worth waiting for!
Oh, and the 3 Gorges Dam project was super duper Huge. This made me think that China must have used quite alot of resources and money to build the place. Plans have to be properly drawn out, decisions have to be made properly. Each mistake they might make can jeopardize the whole project. Yet they were courageous enough to go on with the project. Good job China! Cheerios!
I think China is smart too to build a dam. They think for the future! WOOO. And, they make full use of their resources. Which is LAND. The place really big la.
