Day 6; Lu Ling Shan Tracking

Going to "Lu Lin Shan" today!

Entrance of Lulin shan.

Along the perimeter are the guards. The place used to be one of the warriors' barracks!
Us, group B.
Lu Lin Shan is high up on the mountain! With all the other mountain with trees around. The air was fresh and the view was good. The feeling of being high above was great, being quite cooling and windy.

One of the gates to go into the barracks!

Warriors along the mountain to look out for incoming enemies.

Us on one of the "watchtower" supposed to allow the warrior to have a great view in all directions.

Warriors protecting another gate.

During the last war, warriors rode horses to attack the enemy! That's us on the fake horse with the flag! We have problem mounting the horse ok!

Paid 10 RMB to the stable man to allow us to ride on the horses. Very reasonable price as we needed to pay a huge sum to ride a pony in Singapore. The horse ran very fast up the hill around the place back to the stable! Very enjoyable but a bumpy ride.

A real bow!

Me with the bow and arrow. Faced many difficulties even while trying to pull back on the bow. Wondered how the warriors use it to attack the enemies last time. Confirm very built, armed with a lot muscles and all!

After visiting Lu Lin Shan, we went to the Lu Lin Temple! prayed and hit the gong 3 times!

The way to " Cave to Heaven" entrance of the cave had got a small shape that resembles a heart shape! super cool

After walking the cave, out is the "cai shen" . Look at it! so big right!

Huge rock and a good scenery!
Took bus back to our campus hostel to rest after a long journey.
Reflection; TBC
